Lindsey has been mulling over songs since she questioned her dad from her car seat about a Tracy Chapman lyric. She could and often does eat pasta for every meal.

Rachel's personality type is called "the harmonizer." She is the founder and organizer of Spring Creek Supper Series. Few things truly annoy her apart from the ticking of Lindsey's favorite wristwatch.

the name

Spectator Bird borrows their name from the Wallace Stegner novel of the same name. Specifically this passage: 

They wish Stegner were still alive so they could say, "Is that okay?" and then pass the guitar around the living room to him.
